Senior Center

Our Buildings Are Open

We're starting to re-open our facilities. Volunteer led Pinochle, Mexican Train Dominoes, Bridge, Cribbage and Mah Jongg are being offered at the Senior Center. Both the Senior Center and Pelusi Building are available to rent for meetings and celebrations. 

It's a great time to be outdoors with family and friends. The City of Napa has 27 picnic areas including 3 picnic pavilions available for reservations. Many have playgrounds, ballfields and space nearby for the kiddos to run.  For more information on locations and how to reserve your space go HERE.

Adult Sports

Adult Sports

Fall Adult Sports are back and it's time to pull together your team and get registered. We will be offering both Adult Volleyball and Adult Softball Leagues in a modified format to promote a recreational experience and get players back in the game safely. Drop-in Sports

Drop-in Sports at Las Flores

Las Flores will reopen to the public for scheduled activities Monday, August 9th. Hours will be Mon - Fri, 8am- 5pm. Sports passes to play drop-in basketball, volleyball, badminton are available for $63 (10 visit pass) or $7 per visit. Drop-in passes can be purchased online or at the Center. The gym will be open for weekday afternoon drop-in basketball for $1 per person beginning Tuesday, August 10. We are offering a host of youth sports activities for all ages and abilities in a safe and fun environment. Acorns to Oaks

Summer Oak Days - Acorns to Oaks

Alston Park - Aug 14th & 29th, 9-11 am

Our partners at Napa RCD are looking for volunteers to help weed and mulch young oaks planted at Alston Park. By providing this protection, our young oaks will have a better chance of making it through the dry season. Volunteers will use tools to remove grasses and will move buckets of mulch from a central pile to individual plantings. Sturdy shoes, long pants, and sun protection are recommended. 2021-2023 Napa Art Walk - Play!

Officially Opens August 16, 2021

The theme for the seventh Napa Art Walk Exhibition is 'Play!'. Ten sculptures by seven artists were selected by a jury of professionals. An audio tour of the collection is available through the OtoCast app. This enables you to hear from the artists and develop a deeper understanding of their artwork. Pickleball

It's Happening on the Courts

Tennis and pickleball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis from sunrise to sunset at Las Flores Community Center. Dedicated court time for pickleball is available Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:30am - 12noon. Equipment is available to be borrowed during designated hours. Keep Moving Napa!

Summer is in full swing and there's no better time to try something new, learn a skill, or explore a local park in Napa. Explore our class offerings by viewing the full list of courses HERE.  Also, consider adding a few extra steps to your day! Track your steps using your phone, watch or use a pedometer.  If this is your first time tracking your steps, set a reasonable daily goal and then try adding steps to each day. Find a friend or family member and create a weekly step log to help motivate each other. There are approximately 55 parks and 20+ miles of trails in Napa to help add to your step count.  Use the Park Finder to see what's near you.
