Due to some unforeseen technological issues with our vendor’s online water billing platform, we discovered that our water customers who tried to enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments to pay their water bill were unsuccessful.
We have now resolved the issue and apologize for the inconvenience! All customers who tried to enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments should follow the steps below to ensure they are properly enrolled.
Steps to Enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments (or Make a One-Time Payment):
- Log into your account at www.cityofnapa.org/WaterBill
- Click on Manage Bills
- Click Add to Cart
- Click on Cart
- Click on Checkout
- Choose Your Payment Method
- Set up Automatic Credit Card Payments by clicking Enroll
- Make a single one-time payment by credit card by clicking Continue

Please note:
Automatic Payment enrollment status will be pending until you first make a manual credit card payment online. If you have a credit on your account, or you do not yet have a balance due, you will not be able to set up a manual or automatic payment. You must have a current balance due in order make a payment and enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments.
