Public Safety & City Hall Facilities Project

As the City continues our evaluation of new public safety and City Hall facilities, we want to hear from you! Join City staff as we invite you to share how YOU currently access and utilize City services, as well as how you would like to see services offered in the future. This information will help us establish a baseline for optimal customer service - and help determine the best solutions to provide critical services to the community.

Please join us – come by for as little or long as you like! Doors open at 4PM and the workshop will run until 6PM.

Help Fight the Bite!

Summer season brings warm weather and outdoor activities. It’s also prime time for mosquitoes. We want everyone to have a safe and healthy summer, and stay protected against mosquitoes and their nibbles.

Your help is needed
Mosquitoes must have standing water to develop. Eliminate standing water in bird baths, tires, basins and many other areas around your property. Napa Mosquito Abatement District's homeowner checklist has important advice on mosquito control. More information:https://napamosquito.org/

Changes to Napa Parking Permits

Coming July 1, 2019

Effective July 1, 2019, the City of Napa will no longer be selling parking permits at City Hall. Effective May 15, 2019, parking permits are now available for purchase online here.

A parking map is provided on the reverse side of this flyer pointing to all available permit parking locations.

Permit Parking will remain $30 per month per permit. The online platform offers the ability to purchase multiple months at a time. There will be a $3.50 convenience fee in addition to the purchase cost. Parking permits will be mailed to you upon purchase. Your purchase receipt will act as your temporary parking permit. The temporary parking permit will expire 2 weeks after purchase. Your parking permit should arrive by mail within 5-7 business days.
