2. TEMPORARY HYDRANT METER APPLICATION (LIMITED TO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ONLY)

   Hydrant meters for construction purposes may be issued a permit under the following conditions: 

    

   1. For a specific parcel or parcels that are authorized to have a service connection to the City water system from a service pipe. 

    

   2. For a project that occurs within the right-of-way within the Napa city limits.   

    

   The information provided on this application will be reviewed by staff and if approved, a permit requiring the Permittee’s signature will be prepared prior to setting the temporary hydrant meter.
